Half-Witt Media is a division of Half-Witt Enterprises Inc., a privately owned corporation formed in 2007. Half-Witt Enterprises was formed as a joint venture between discount clothier J. Half, and condiment fortune heiress Berlynn Witt. Half and Witt acquired Slipshod Music in 2007 to handle all media relations as well as to enter the music and entertainment industry.
